Obviously, the further in advance you book, the more likely we can have your desired needs met, especially during high-demand times. We do our best to fulfill your reservation, whether it’s a year in advance or only a few hours.
Yes, typically the initial payment deposit is 50% of the overall reservation for the service/rental. The remainding payment is due before any services will be rendered.
No, in an effort to maintain the sophisticated and elegant standards that each of our limousines provides, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside of our vehicles. Failure to adhere to these rules will ultimately result in the termination of the remainder of services and no refund will be given.
Yes, the 50% deposit used to reserve your limousine is non-refundable. If the reservation is not cancelled 21 business days before the scheduled event, the full amount will be charged to the customer.
